NiCO in a state-of-the-art apartment building communications system that provides building operators and residents security, controllability, efficiency and flexibility. Current systems are antiquated, bulky and lack the features that are needed for modern day living. They are difficult to set-up and require third party installation. The system addresses the announcement and entry system needs of a large segment of properties, providing a seamless integration between software and hardware that maximizes how we connect within a building. The product’s goal is to develop an intuitive and modern way to interact with visitors in residential and commercial buildings lacking concierge or doorman service.
